GENERAL INFORMATION

POSTAGE

Postage is available within New Zealand for a standard rate of $7 NZD for tracked post. If wishing to send to Australia (or further abroad), please make contact prior to purchase to arrange.

Free postage is currently applied to orders of $101 NZD and over. This offer does not apply to postage outside of New Zealand.

Orders are packaged using eco-friendly materials and placed in a home compostable waterproof courier bag to protect your items.

ORDER & DELIVERY TIMES
As garments are made to order, processing times may vary depending on order volume and complexity of item. Please allow up to 28 days for orders to be completed. Delivery takes approximately 2-3 business days on top of this.
If an order is required within a specific time frame, please contact or leave a note with your purchase and Chickpea will endeavour to meet this deadline.

PRE-MADE SALE STOCK WILL BE PROCESSED AND POSTED WITHIN 2 WORKING DAYS.

FABRIC AVAILABILITY
Chickpea endeavours to fulfill all orders in the fabric/s selected. In the case where an order is placed and the available fabric quantity is too low, the purchaser will be contacted to negotiate either an alternative fabric, or a full refund.

CUSTOM EMBROIDERY
If requesting custom embroidery on an item, the purchaser will receive follow up contact to confirm aspects of the design, such as placement, colour and font. 
Custom embroidery may contain words and/or simple outline imagery, and can be sewn in any cotton thread colour. (Refer to images of completed orders for examples). If a more complex design is desired, please contact the maker prior to placing order to discuss.

REPAIRS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
In an instance where the product has not met required standard or is faulty, the purchaser is entitled to either a repair, exchange or refund of the purchased item/s under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Chickpea is unable to accept refunds for change of mind.
